The Sounds of Mummy CD simulates the sounds that an infant hears and feels in the womb. Using the Sounds of Mummy CD, recordings of the mother's heartbeat and amniotic fluid from inside the womb are taken during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy, and then processed using modern digital processing technology. This CD replicates how their mummy sounds to the baby while immersed in water inside the womb.

The Sounds of Mummy CD contains 2 audio tracks. The first is a full simulation of the womb environment containing heartbeats, amniotic fluid, and external noises such as vacuum cleaners and car travel filtered to sound like it is under water. The 2nd audio track contains just the sound of heart beats and the amniotic fluid.
